Features:

(1) Put the thermocouple-coupled test sample battery (the thermocouple contacts fixed on the large surface of the battery) in a fume hood, use a 2-8mm diameter rustless steel needle or tungsten needle to 10mm/s – The speed of 40mm/s pierces the center of the largest surface of the battery and remains at any time.

(2) The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20°C±5°C. The safety performance of the battery is verified by acupuncture test.

(3) The sample to be tested shall not be a fire or explode, but shall be qualified, otherwise it shall be a failure.

(4) The testing machine can be remotely controlled and manually controlled, making the operation more convenient and safe.
