LS211 Ultrasonic thickness tester measures the wall thickness of metallic (cast iron, steel and aluminum) and non-metallic (ceramics, plastics and glass) substrates and any other ultrasonic wave-conductor using ultrasonic technology.

3. Automatic Gain switchable

4. Two measurement modes: QC Mode/Statistics Mode

LS211 ultrasonic thickness tester features two measurement mode: QC mode and statistics mode. Allowing to set upper and lower limits to check the problem areas by prompting NG under the QC mode.
It will count maximum, minimum and average values of data in Statistics mode.

6. Sound velocity can be measured according to thickness

The tester can reverse the sound velocity of the material based on the known thickness and measurement results. And the instrument can test irregular materials of the same components as the materail whose thickness can be measured

7. Large measuring range of thickness

With a wide mesuring range of material, the LS211 can detect materials from as thin as 0.8 mm to 600 mm. Its resolution can reach to 0.001mm when measuring the objects 0.8mm-10mm
